This functionality was born from a simple idea: if you can formulate a question clearly, you should be able to get an answer without friction.
Create with AI - Reports lets you formulate queries in natural language directly against the data Flexxible collects from your digital work environment. We're not talking about generic abstractions, but real information: devices, applications, versions, performance, user experience, usage patterns, or risk signals.
A question like:
"Which devices in the Barcelona office with less than 8GB of RAM have AutoCAD version 123 installed?"
This isn't a special case. It's exactly the type of query that emerges when you're trying to understand a living, constantly changing environment.
But we also wanted to go beyond obvious questions. The system allows you to explore less deterministic scenarios, like identifying equipment that might present security issues or anomalous behavior. Not because "the AI says so," but because the data, when correctly correlated, starts telling a story.
Conversation matters more than the first answer
The first internal beta we developed for this feature only allowed a single question. We quickly realized this was a mistake. In practice, the first answer is almost never the final one.
That's why we designed Create with AI - Reports as a conversational system. Each answer maintains context and allows you to refine, adjust, or dig deeper without having to reconstruct the query from scratch.
This approach reflects how data analysis actually happens in the real world: iterating, discarding hypotheses, and progressively sharpening focus.
The platform interprets the question, queries the relevant data, and returns a clear, actionable table—without needing to write a single line of SQL or navigate through dozens of filters.
From exploration to operation
Another key point was avoiding these queries becoming one-time exercises. When a question is relevant, it's usually relevant more than once. Any query can be saved as a reusable report, scheduled, and distributed automatically. What starts as exploration becomes an operational asset, integrated into regular workflows.
No external scripts. No manual processes. No duplicating tools.
