Treatment’s responsible

FLEXXIBLE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, S.L. is responsible for the processing of the personal data of the interested person and informs that they will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR). and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

We will process the personal contact data and the reported facts in order to manage and resolve the complaint received.

Legitimation of the treatment

The basis for legitimation of data processing is the fulfillment of a mission carried out in the public interest, as well as compliance with a legal obligation.

Conservation of data

The data will be kept only for the time necessary to decide whether or not to initiate an investigation into the reported events. In any case, after three months from the introduction of the data, it will be deleted from the internal complaints system. The data may continue to be processed by the competent authority and body in the event of an investigation of the reported events, and will not be kept in the internal complaints system itself.

Data communication

The data may be provided to providers linked to the Controller, who act as Data Processors. Likewise, the data may be processed by data processors located outside the European Economic Area, who guarantee an adequate level of protection under standard contractual clauses, so there are no risks in the processing, guaranteeing secure communication. The data will only be communicated to third parties when it is necessary for the adoption of disciplinary measures or for the processing of judicial procedures that, where appropriate, proceed without prejudice to the notification to the competent authority of facts constituting the criminal or administrative offense.
